The caption currently only is Forgot Pw which looks very ugly. The caption should be changed to something like Forgot password instead, as there is enough space for the full and correct word.

I also think it should be changed to a link instead of the button, because this is how it usually is done (see Microsoft or Amazon). Big button might give the impression user has to click there even if he knows the password.
