There are major updates available for del and gulp-postcss. Issue should be used to investigate them and if upgrade is possible and also to perform the updates.

del: Braking change is that it now requires Node 10. As we are based on current Node version (12) this does not affect us. However I will add Node and npm version requirements into readme.md for clarification.

gulp-postcss: They dropped support for Node v4 and Node v6. This also should not affect us so we can do the update.
