I tried multiple times inputting my token, and I got an invalid token error every time. Then after trying it again, I got a Microsoft .NET Framework error saying my API rate limit was exceeded

The API rate limits is managed by discord, they might have temporary or permantly reduced API access either for your token or network endpoint (in example if running from a server) due to too many requests.
